i dont have a target hp or tq but all i know is i want more power.but what im saying is if i change to new stems seal spring valves etc.. wouldnt it come near the same price as just getting a kit and everything being brand new . jc sporty that link is good so if i were to go with this kit would that be all i need or would i need to change anything else on my bike.. i have the 1200 custom i dont know if that would matter or not. thanks for all the info so far ,

3-9/16 bore iron lined aluminum cylinders
10.5:1 pistons, pins, clips, rings
head and base gaskets
also for 1995-1996 Buell S2/S2T models.

how much do u think labor would cost also if anyone has an idea

Like I said, just call NHRS, they will give you better answers than you will get here.

Completing the conversion is not as difficult as you might think. Depending on your skill level you can have it done in an afternoon. There are also some great STEP BY STEP threads on other forums. Not to mention all the free help. One last thing, I didn't see what year your bike was but if it's an 04 or later, I would just have those heads worked instead of buying new. They are as good as they come for the Sporty and it's cheaper to just get them worked.
