Sedona Ride
No need to winterize bikes in my home, Yavapai County, AZ, one of the best places in the country to ride year round, with Mingus, Oak Creek, the Rim... Yesterday it was in the 60's.

Yep, riding Saturday with a flannel shirt, no jacket, in February can't be beat. Think I detected a little sweat under the helmet, must have been around 80 degrees or so.
That's sure some beautiful country around Sedona, looking forward to later this spring to make some cruises up that way.

If you want to make a day of it, (Long Day), and you're in Phoenix, ride out to Wickenburg, up to Prescott, Over the mountain through Jerome, up Oak Creek Canyon to Flagstaff, down Lake Mary Road to Payson, and then if you're not too worn out, ride through the Salt River canyon...
I'll be doing those longer trips on the Dyna this year, and I'm definitely doing Sedona-Jerome to Wickenburg direction from now on. I like being on the mountainside lane, that cliff side lane made me pucker up too many times.

Hahaha True Dat! If you're around Jerome at lunch time, stop at the Haunted Hamburger. Great food and a good view.
