Well, like I always said; riding anything with 2-wheels is better than not riding.
That being said, I've owned many, many Harley's over the years, but the Softail Fatboy is a real treat, and if you wanted to keep your Sportster and add a 'larger bike' I couldn't think of a better choice.
My Fatboy has the detachable windshield, saddlebags, and backrest/luggage rack, so it can instantly go from 'stripped down cruiser' to a comfortable 2-up 'all day touring machine' instantly.
I had to go on a couple hundred mile run yesterday, and not sure what the weather was going to do I threw on the windshield and saddlebags and packed some rain gear and other stuff. What a comfortable ride...
