just wondering what the options are for a 2005 xl883c headlight are....i want to change mine to something larger if possible....maybe a 7" but i want it to hopefully bolt right up....i know thats asking a lot....any ideas, options or pictures? anything larger would be cool because i would like to get the 7" led settup......or maybe just put my hid kit in....either or just looking for ideas.....thanks in advance
A 7" headlight looks really good on the Sporty. You have plenty of choices. Even stock HD headlights from some of the Softails. You have the 883C? I'm guessing the headlight bucket mounts from the bottom of the tree? If so, it should make getting a bigger headlight fairly simple.
yes it mounts on the bottom....thats a good idea about the softails...i will have to check to see if anyone at the dealer has any info....i sent joker machine an email about their 5 point light....its cool looking and i think it may bolt right on but its not bigger

Try looking on eBay also. It would probably be off one of the FX Softails.
how about bigger headlights on a 207 883L that is top mounted? I cant seem to find different mounts
I also have the '07 883L. I don't know the exact procedure but I've read you either can drill a hole in the tree to accommodate the headlight bucket or get a tree from an 883C/1200C.
