HD VIP Program?

I have a few questions for the forum. First let me say that I have a 2012 883 Iron with 420 miles on it and I love the bike. Second, I am unfortunately going through a divorce and need to sell the bike. I paid $8,000 for the bike, plus $2,000 for the HD VIP program, $2,000 for a 72 month extended service plan and another $2,000 for taxes, freight and handling. In summary, I paid $14,000 for the bike. I love the bike but I have to get rid of it. So my questions to the forum are does anyone know if the VIP program and the 72-month extended service plan are transferrable to a new owner? I am basically willing to sell the bike for $12,000 or so which will give someone a brand new bike with the VIP program and the 72-month service plan if those are transferrable. So does anyone know if they are? If not, does anyone have any tips on how to sell the bike through the forum? I went to the HD dealer and they told me they couldn't try to help me sell it, but they can do something called a finance assist for any new buyers; basically refinance the bike probably for the new owner. Any help is appreciated on this one.

Or, claim the $7k loss as a debt and get $3500 in the settlement with the soon-to-be-ex.
