I love my V&H 2 into 1 they sound so much like a dyna engine it's not even funny and when you pull the baffles it is amazing!!! I would never buy another pipe ever for a sporty.
out of all the pipes discussed here i would second your suggestion. those type of pipes are not really made for performance. i think the bubs are a really good blend between sound and performance.
I felt a big increase in performance but I have not done any other mods so I don't really know how much of a difference but it deff surprised me

Samson says "Legend series is a two stepped high performance exhaust system that has been designed and tuned to produce maximum horsepower, torque, and awesome sound."
And vance and hines says "We didnt stop at style and quality, Big Radius produces extra horsepower and torque delivered with a signature hot-rod sound that leaves you begging for more."
I realize this is marketing talk, however there has to be some truth to them having performance increasing properties/abilities and still having great sound.

dyno them all on your bike. thats the only way your going to know what they will do for your performance. i was just saying that i like the bubs. unless you have a lot of motor upgrades you'll probably be happiest with the one you like the looks and sound of as your not gonna get a whole lot of performance from just an exhaust alone no matter which one it is.

yeah. I wish vance had mp3 of the sound on their site like samson does. And I tried youtube, but no one has an 883 with those on youtube. As far as performance, I don't want them to hurt me, but it's not something I'm necessarily trying to achieve. But it would be nice to have increased performance. I'm really just trying to get nice looking pipes with great sound.
Well I went with the vance and hines. I was at my dealer and they said that while the samson will be louder, they don't recommend them. They said the quality is not that of vance and hines. They also said that vance takes much better care of their customers.
Good choice. The BRs are great pipes and will look/sound good on the Sporty. But without photos, it didn't happen.
hahaha. It hasn't happened YET. The pipes have just been ordered. They actually just came off back order the day I was in the dealer. They said they will be in in about a week. SO excited for them.
