Default Running lights not working....HELP

1995 Sportster 1200....Bike runs well- no issues besides the rear brake running light stopped working. It burnt through 2 bulbs in one weeks time and now even with a new bulb it doesnt work. Replaced it with the same bulb so I figured it was a fuse. Where in the world is the fuse box? Checked under the seat, fender, everywhere. Best I can assume is that the fuses are the 4 under the seat that resemble relays. Also, the actual break light works. Please help.

Found it myself. it was a rubbed wire under the fender and re-routed the tail lights and rear turn signals in the process. My year doesn't really have fuses. More of relays than anything- not much of an electrician- more of a sheet metal mechanic. Got to love the military!
