I just got your email.
I used the biltwell whiskey throttle. Its a pretty sweet product, a little pricey but its all aluminum solid construction. I got the single cable one but they have dual cable if you prefer that. Im not done with everything i need to round off the lip on the Brake M/C and cut a little off the bar to fill that gap.

I hear there are some cheap plastic ones on egay but iv also heard they dont last that long. As far as mounting your switches somewhere Im not sure where to I took the easy route and mounted them behind the HD Visor. I have a momentary for the start and horn, then a two pole toggle for the kill switch and a 3 pole toggle for headlight low/off/hi.

if you need anything just let me know and ill do some brain storming for ya.

(edit) if you go with the whiskey throttle youll have to get a banjo bolt brake switch. The rear still works but the brake light switch has nothing to sit in for the front brake.

I tried several things and failed before I figured out what worked.. for what it's worth this is what worked for me-

I took some fly fishing string and tied knots in it every inch or so, then taped that with the bundle of wires as tight as i could wrap it (with rigging tape so it wasnt a sticky mess).. then sprayed the bundle with cooking spray.. pulled through easily.

One thing about Bills bars (where I got mine), he makes sure internal transitions are smooth so the wires wont hang up as much going around the bends. Maybe thats why mine went so easily.
