Default Excess vibration after installing spoke rims/new tires

I just got a set of spoke wheels with brand new Shinko tires installed. I am getting excess vibration at high rpms right before you shift. What could be the problem? I was thinking it could be the belt, not quite sure where I should start looking.

Considering all the information you have provided it may be the muffler bearing.

It is not your muffler bearing,he is pulling your leg.Maybe one or both of the rims are not balanced properly.

How can rim balance affect vibration caused by RPM?

Well, I guess if it could be a muffler bearing, it is also possible that it could be rim balance, especially if the rims and tires were just changed before the problem started.

Right, just look at the initial posting.
I am getting excess vibration at high rpms right before you shift.
Vibration caused by wheels will depend on speed, not RPM. And this
right before you shift
is even more confusing. I do know when I shift. How can it cause vibration on his bike?

Check belt tension and alignment per your service manual.

Also check the security of your engine mount bolts. Is this a solid-mount or rubber mount XL?
