Kinda stumped???
Just put new pushrod tubes on my 79 because the guy who built the motor put the wrong ones on along with tons of other crap he did wrong. Anyways, I also put new manifold clamps on and went to start bike and it cranks over but wont start? I checked and both plugs are sparking and I can see the points srarking. when I twist the throttle the gas squirts out in the carb(s&s shorty) and it appears to be getting gas? What should I check next???

+1 to that. Ignition requires spark, fuel (gas and air) and compression all at the appropriate times. As long as the push rods are actually opening the intake valves and you've got gas going into the carb, the only thing left is the spark, the timing and the compression -- and you know that you've got spark.
