Finally had time to go through the bike and it is either in the headlight housing or around the connectors in that area. Ironically enough... I work for the company that makes these headlights! Derr

What year are we talking about? My 92 had the high beam stuck on and no blinkers would work it ended up being the power to the speedo was connecting to the frame and grounding it out so the high beam had constant power and nothing else would work up front such as indicator lights or signals.
