Brandy, yes they are HDauxillary lamps. Part# 69284-05 (page 133 in the 07 accessories book). I had my HD dealer install them. I looked at the directions and didin't want to try it. Too complicated for me.I also had my dealer relocate the turn signals (relocation Kit# 68603-01) also on page 133. When ever I have a question about installing an accessory, my HD dealer will print out the directions for me before I buy. Contact your dealer and ask him if he will print out the directions for the auxillary lights and relocation kit(they include all the pictures) for you then you can decide if you want to install yourself.They are not only worth every dollar that it cost, but it's probably one of the best saftey add ons you can do.
