First on the list would be a set of Torx Wrenches T10 thru T50. Make sure the set includes a T27, many sets don't. I use the Sears Craftsman set because they replace them for free if you break them & I've broken several, but the Craftsman set did not include a T27 in the base set.

Here is what I suggest....

A basic tool kit to carry on the bike or a basic tool kit to keep at home?

The basic tool kit should ONLY include tools that actually fit the bike and has a use on it....you don't want excess weight and bulkiness. For instance, if you buy a torx set....don't just bring the whole set with you. Try every torx from the set and see if it fits something on the bike...if it does not fit anything, it simply stays at home. A used namebrand tool is almost always better than a new noname brand....so used tools are ok.

Tools to keep at home, but do services on bikes. You can never have too much tools. The more you have and know how to use them...the better you will be.

That looks like a decent set. You'll have to verify the hex & torx sizes though, they don't state what sizes are included.

I have seen the Cruz tool kits but they don't tell what size tools are in it.

Get the HD 8 in one screwdriver for about 10.00 and you will have all the screwdrivers and torx bits you need, including the T-27. Decide what allens you need and get just the ones that are approriate for your bike. Don't forget the 3/8" for the trans. filler. Get end wrenches from 3/8 to 5/8, and sockets with a 3/8 ratchet in the same sizes. A couple of crescents, small channel locks, a 10mm 12 point end wrench and socket(Battery connections and front brake caliper).

I got most of mine at the pawn shop for .30 on the dollar and got all name brand tools.

Now make a leather roll bag to put them in, and you are good to go. I havea pretty extensive roll(More than most of the kits), and it was under 60.00.

Regards,

Bill
