check and double check all that you changed, battery cables including grounds, make sure coil is connected, check for spark and plug wires on correct plugs...check all connections if any were disconnected during your tank lift. worse case, take tuner out and plug back into ecm and see if it starts
I'll raise the tank and check everything. It's like it isnt getting fuel. I checked both hose on the tank. The one at the fuel pump has gas cone out when I removed it and nothing comes out of the little plug on the back left of the tank
Just finished up installing my pipes, Fuel Moto Micro EFI tuner, tank lift and coil/ignition relocate... bike wont start.
It will sit there and turn over, but wont fire up and sometimes, not everytime, the engine light will come on while its turning over.
Also, the Status light on the tuner doesnt seem to be lighting up.
Any advice>?
I'm not familiar with that tuner, but if the status light is supposed to be lit, power to the tuner would be a good place to start.
Second option would be to remove the tuner and go back to the stock ECM and see if it fires.
Thats the same tuner I have. The fuel injector plugs are pretty straight forward but are very tight to snap onto the injectors depending on how they are 'clocked'. Make sure they both fully click on the injectors. I had to sand a corner off the front connector on mine. Also, I never liked the splice type connectors that are used on the connection to the TPS wire. I skinned the wire back and soldered mine in place. Check that connection also along with any other connections.

Just installed Fuel Moto Micro Tuner on my 12 SG this weekend and am having the same problem. Bike turns over strongly but won't start.
Have checked all connections, including the TSP connection and the ground is attached to the negative battery post. No status light is not on. Directions don't say anything about whether or not it is supposed to be.
Gonna call Tech Support in the morning but hoped someone here might have some experience with this issue.
