Default Screamin Eagle STFU

So I have SE slip ons on my 2011 xl1200c and I might go to stage one pretty soon here. Thinking just a HD stage one and dealer re-map. Anyway, I like the sound of the slip ons but I would like them to be quieter. I'm young, I have excellent hearing that I need for my employment, and I want to quiet them down. Are there baffles or end caps available for the slips ons?

Not to be cliche', but have you thought about earplugs? I wear them every time I ride...

I have SE slip ons, and IMO they're perfect, sound wise.
Any quiter, and you'd be close to the stock muffler sound.

+1 on the earplugs. Cheapest solution you'll find. Or listen to music, also another option.

If going on highway I always use hearing protection. But to hear someone say SE Street Performers are.too loud for.them is roflmao. Other than at idle I couldn't ever hear them over 55. I bought my bike with the SE slip ons on it. They lasted 2 weeks till I bought a full system.

Good for you, son. Protect those ears, eyes, head, and hide, because, once their gone, there's no getting them back.

+1 on the ear plugs.

I did some research and figured out that the tinitus is from wind shear and would be there with a silent exhaust. I'll go stfu now..

I wear ear plugs even with the stock setup I have and a ff helmet. Reason being, the first time I rode the interstate about 200 miles at 75 mph my ears were ringing and I couldn't hear anything for several hours after. The wind noise kills me. It's even worse with the half helmet around town. Maybe my ears are just sensitive I don't know but get the plugs you'll be glad you did.
