Some of us would like to hear his answer and if this runs him off I would be very surprised.
Does "the developer of TTS and the first Race tuner" not suffice? Please don't try to run Steve off-- he is a very valuable asset on the board.
Many know who Mr. Cole is but many more don't. Any "Product Expert" that comes here should be required to give us a brief of their experience. This will not run anyone off I'm sure but be helpful to all that come to the DR.
I am just a guy doing his job and I'm not into telling everyone things to make me look better, so I really do not know how to answer this without looking like I want to pat my own back.
A little searching on me will allow anyone to find out I've been working with EFI ECM's since the early '80's. I've done work in the auto, marine and motorcycle parts of the business with both Gas and Diesel. A little work with propane along the way as well. I have done work for GM, Ford, US EPA, CARB and HD as suppliers of products and services over the years. We -at TTS- started supplying our products and services to HD in 1995 if I recall properly. That lasted until the end of 2007.
Curious; who develops or integrates the ECUs for HD now, and develops their tuner and calibrations now?
do we ever get any of them in the forum?
Last I heard SPX was doing the tuning portion, and HD has engineers to do the OE stuff. The base is the same.
Only time I have seen anybody from Harley or Delphi is a couple of month ago to correct Dyno Dan from DJ about Steve's involvement in the HD Delphi system.

After we left supplying HD, SPX supplied the tuner and all calibrations started being done in house by the OEM group. SPX then was bought out by Bosch who has been supplying the tuner and the factory Digital Tech system for about the last 4 years.
