No Device: How does PE Mode work

Something to keep in mind about PE mode, and what it can do for us. I picked CAA009 from TTS file for example. I just picked one.
W/ PE mode not activated:
Riding your fully loaded bagger w/ rider on back. You're cruising 85mph down the highway. You open WOT to climb a hill. At first you will go up to 100kpa and you will be in the target area of 856/ 12.7:1. But as RPM's go up. KPA is going to drop. If it drops back to 85kpa @ 4500rpm. Now you are going to be in the target area of 899/13.2. Target AFR is by KPA and not throttle position.
W/ PE mode activated:
Same scenario but now with PE mode activated it is going to stay at the target in the PE table. So, KPA drops. It isn't going to lean out.
Power Enrichment as it is labeled.
