I'm shopping for motorcycle insurance. Have some questions.
1 Bodily Injury, how much?
2 Passenger Liability, how much?
3 Property Damage, how much?
4 Uninsured Motorist, yes or no? ( How much if needed?)
So far Foremost seems to be the best price.
#'s 1 & 2 are what I am not sure of. Know about car numbers, not sure about the bike. Bike is a 2014 V-Rod DX. Thanks, Dave
Best thing I could tell you when it comes to insurance is. Buy as much as you can afford to spend comfortably. You can never be over insured with the cost of everything today. Personally I have 50k limits on mine. Also have uninsured motorist and progressive was the cheapest company for me.
I have Progressive now. I went from a 2017 Dyna S to a 2014V-Rod. My insurance went up $110.00. a month. Go figure. Right now Foremost seems to be the best deal. I have to determine how much coverage to buy. Thanks, Dave

How much uninsured motorists do you think is sufficient?
You should always match your uninsured/under insured motorist limits to your own liability limits. So if you're carrying 250/500 in liability, I would suggest carrying 250/500 in UM/UIM.
Do you have a car? I'd just match your liability limits to your auto insurance and call it a day.
Geico quoted me 980 a year. Same coverage from progressive was only 530. Crazy how different companies charge different. Especially compare two people with like driving history and the prices could still be drastically different.

A $110.oo increase each month ? Good Laudy Miss Claudy.. The last time I had motorcycle insurance it cost me $43.oo A YEAR!
Yes do get uninsured motorist, too many in Fl have no insurance or not enough to cover much.
I checked out Harley's prices last week and it was more than I pay with Geico and for less stuff, so I'll stick with Geico for now
Pretty sure uninsured motorist is only for medical. If you have health insurance, you don't really need this. Your own insurance will pay for your repairs and go after the responsible party. At least that's what I was told.
Certainly doesn't hurt, but may not be worth the expense (for some).
