Its Fla! Dont have to change helmets due to calendar days. Just wear whats comfortable and provides protection.
However, if you are asking for your locale Md, then not sure as I have not ridden in Md as yet. Still think that comfortable and protective, but your comfort may be different from the responders. Think that Frank probably has given you the best afvice, looking at the replies so far.
