How about we get a list of music together put it on a IPOD and play it? We could put hundreds of songs on a IPOD and everybody gets to hear a lil bit of something.
That's pretty much what we've done the past 2 years. The problem being that the IPod belongs to someone and it typically has whatever their personal music preference is on it.
If you really want to try and build a music list that accommodates everyone, given the age spread of the group, you would need a library mix that kinda covers all genres from the 60's to present.
The dance thing is funny. Charley I think you are being generous to some of the crew by starting in the 60's, I am thinking some of the crew first albums were Benny Goodman.

Benny who???? Well why dont we take a poll and have like four different ideas and vote.
I am pretty easy when it comes to music....(and only music) and I dont mind helping out with a list if we choose to go that route.
Maybe we can have everyone pick 10 or so songs and submit them. We can get the MP3s together and mix 'em up. Then we would have a good variety and everyone would have at least 10 songs they liked. We can all contribute. I personally have well over 100GB of MP3s (over 21000 songs) of all genres. I'm sure others can easilly fill in what I don't have.
