GREETINGS From S. Florida !
Hey guys & gals....Long time lurker that finally joined the party !
Looking forward to hanging out & continue learning from the knowledgeable folks 'round here.
I live in Royal Palm Beach (suburb of West Palm Beach). I'm a divorced father of 3 girls that loves to ride when I can. My schedule varies a lot, so I usually get to ride more during the week than the weekend.
I've been riding on & off again for 30 + years....started out on dirt bikes & have have ridden/owned pretty much all makes of bikes. With that, I'm a firm believer in the old saying "It's not what you ride, it's that you ride!"
Here's my current ride:
2005 Harley Softail Springer Classic (FLSTSCI).
I recently took the bags, passenger seat w/backrest, & windshield off & it looks SO friggin' different ! I'll have to take some pics.
Would like to throw some mini apes on it.....maybe some speakers for a little music.....not sure what else as it's a pretty nice ride as is.
Aside from riding, I play guitar, sing, into photography, cooking & all things BBQ.............
Anyway, love the Forum & looking forward to seeing some of you out on the road !

Hey 1of2, I'd prefer to come up there.....my mom used to live in Deland & I used to like it a lot when I visited.
Do you happen to know Tom Clement ? He's a HD rider & happens to be a FANTASTIC bass guitar builder & lives in Deland.

Cool man. If you're familiar with the area, I live in Royal Palm, which is a western suburb of West Palm Beach. Traffic east of me is brutal, so when I head out on a Wednesday or Thursday, I typically head west....have lunch in Labelle & either come back on a slow crawl or head over to Ft Myers, stay the night & come back the next day.
OR take the turn & ride around Lake O.
I LOVE Labelle, so it's a semi-regular stop of mine. I'll be sure to let you know !

Nova Scotia is far but doable........Ireland would be such a cool ride, but it would require a lot of time, money & probably a rental.
If anyone has ridden either, I'd love to hear from you & your thoughts !
