The rally is getting closer. With all the new people and the Georgia Crew forming this is looking like it might be the biggest rally ever. That being said we need to get a good idea of what to expect so we can have things ready. For the new people here is a real quick overview of how it works:
All Rally information regarding sending a donation, hotel reservations, etc are at the top of this section in the rally sub-section
Donations are taken from everyone to help with costs. This is not a set amount. Whatever you can afford. Most send $20 a person. If you can't afford it let us know so we can work around it. Please understand this needs to be done ASAP so we can get things organized. If we get donations from 25 people and 30 more donate the last few weeks we aren't going to be able to use that money for some of the things we need and we don't want to run short on anything so please donate ASAP.
Hotel rooms are blocked but only a limited number are. We might swamp the hotel this year so you might want to get your room booked early. If you are having problems affording a room post up and see if someone is willing to share. Or there is camping nearby.
People will probably start showing up as early as Wednesday but officially starting on Friday through Sunday. Most will show up Thursday or Friday.
Saturday is the big riding day./ We will have several rides throughout the area. Something for everyone. Groups of all sizes. If you don't know the area that's OK, plenty of people there that do and will show you around.
Saturday night is the BBQ catered dinner and party. This is the main event for the weekend (besides the riding). Plan on being back by 5 or 6 so we c an get everyone together.
Please post here if you have not contributed yet but plan to. This way I can get an idea of how many to expect. I can't stress how important this is. We need to get the things we need in advance and absolutely HAVE to know how many to expect.
Did I miss anything??
I can't wait to see you all there. It will be a great time as usual. I really look forward to meeting all the new crew members.. Ride on!
Hey Crew.... I haven't contributed yet, but certainly will soon. I might have 5 additional GA Crew folks coming (not counting Karen&Todd, or Gordon) so I will copy this post on the GA Crew side (or point to this thread).
Same here, I will be paying up and making my reservations for myself and my much better half first thing Thursday A.M. Not sure how to do it by pay pal. I do have a account so Im sure I can figure it out. If not Im sure someone will be able to explain it to me. Can't wait!
I will be stuck in a frikken depressing town in Surrey UK while you guys are having a blast. I plan to get a I pad thing to get daily updates while this is going on.

If I recall, last year you said you would be out of town and then you rolled in from the airport with your suitcase strapped to the back of your bike.... Here's hoping history repeats itself
You have no idea, frikken suit all week in a hotel having a meeting, hotel was built around the same time as Dracula. The beer is strong as hell out of necessity, the chicks have no teeth that are straight or white, there is no sun, ever, werewolves roam the grounds, garlic on all the room doors (wards off all the fugly women the werewolves wont eat), the gourmet food is a frikken slice of bacon on a hard roll. I cant wait to retire. Frikken Harv and Jay you lucky bastards.
