When I picked up my Night Train, back in '06, I received my first Rider Rewards Gold card from my local dealer. Since then I've purchased two other bikes from the same dealer.. Gulf Coast H-D... along with numerous parts and such for signaturizing above mentioned bikes. Well.. today I took the SG in for it's first service. While there I had them activate my new card that came with the SG and add in the total of my old card I've been building on since '06. By doing so I totalled out a little over 4400 points. 4000 of those points equaled out to $400. of "Biker Bucks" to be spent at that dealership! So ran through there like a kid in a candy store and walked out with a new derby cover, a/c cover, a much needed pair of goggles (with switchable lenses), and put some ISO grips on order... basically for nothin'. I've even still got almost half left for future stuff I can find in there. All the way home I was watchin my rear view for the popo to be pullin' me over for stealin' from the stealership!
Sweet! I bought a few goodies with my points also! Walked out of there with excellent rain gear.Even though you know you spend too much on stuff from HD ....it does feel like they are giving you stuff for free...good ploy they have going! Still feels good though!
Ft. Myers has the same deal, and they even give points for going on certain HOG rides. I'm going to save mine up till the end of my year (as they expire yearly) and maybe have enough to buy a dealership...
