If anyone want so join me prior to departure - on the road or in the Auburndale area give me a shout and we will hook something up.
Damn I just realized my son will be 15 by then....Crap I am old.
Just a quick reminder for anyone who wants to meet up in Winter Haven and ride somewhere. The Demo Derby starts at 7:30pm on Saturday eve so anything early afternoon is fine with me. I will need the am to get over there. Let me know if your interested...I have no solid plans on the route ect.
ok I gotta a route-- I 95 south - to 192 - West to 441 south, that will bring me right into Yeehaw Junction. My back seat passenger (my son) will probably have to get off and stretch-- water/**** break than back on 60 to Winter Haven. Meeting Dave at the Desert Inn at 10 am then back on 60 to Winter Haven.
Pictures shall be taken..I am staying at the Hampton Inn in Winter Haven. My son is riding second seat so he can take pictures of the ride up and the derby as well. We went to one a few months ago at a track over by Tampa and had a blast.
I am taking off Saturday morning from Melbourne about 830am, meeting about three of The Crew in Yeehaw Junction at The Desert Inn around 10am for a bit to eat than heading to Winter Haven to drop the bags at the hotel. After that no plans...letting Uride2 pick a route for an afternoon ride and returning in time for the Demo Derby at Auburndale. Anyone is welcome that wants to join.
