I've had a crotch rocket pass me on my right when I was in the right lane on the Turnpike. Scared the crap outta me.

I was talking to a bunch of PBC Sheriffs and FHP motorcycle cops this morning at Palm Beach HD, they said they rarely stop bikes on the highway, mainly because if they try the crotch rockets zoom off and they don't want to chase them in case the idiots cause an accident. With HDs they don't bother us up to 85mph as long as we are riding safe and not doing anything stupid.

+1, Seriously, I don't mind being passed, it's going to happen, but please use your own lane. I'm glad you're ok.
