head east on Alligator Alley, which is 75, get off at Route 29 head north. Then just turn anywhere and get lost, I've found some of my best rides getting lost out in that area.
There is a toll on 75 right after the collier exit... I had a good time leave east on Immokalee road out to Ave maria. Oil well road to 29 then south all the way to Everglade City. or when you hit 41 Tamiami Trail you can head towards Key west. Tamiami Trail south of Naples is as scenic as you can get....
If you don't know already your choices are sit in traffic and lights, ride the highway or ride through the swamps... It's a long ride to skyline drive or the dragon...
From Naples take 41 across to Fla City and stop for a milk shake at Robert is Here. Best shake you will ever have. Head to some of the keys from there.

Steve I think when you were told to go get lost in the Everglades it was a different context.

Lol....
By the way, while riding down the keys Saturday I saw an interesting Street sign out I've never seen before. it read warning crocodile crossing.... so you gotta watch where you pull over. Lol
He said a day ride. From Naples it takes two days to get out of the state.
That was a Joke. I used to live in S Fl, been all over, I can't for the life of me know why anyone would go to S fl to ride, unless you had to.
Besides, Ga. just 300 miles, easy to go up come back in a day.

I was joking too... Sad part is every time I think about going somewhere I check the distance and realize my back wouldn't hold up and the whole day would be spent traveling (at 80 MPH) on the highway to get there just to turn around to get home before the darkness sets in. Eyes are shot too, probably too much welding without a helmet...
The good side is.... I'm not freezing my ***** off.
