Good for you Pat. I've been fighting a shoulder that goes numb/dislocates for the last four months, plan to have it fixed once the kids go back to school. Cant ride the bike longer than 2 hours or I pay for it for days, cancelled our summer vacation because its so bad. Doc says I'll need 3 months to recoup.
First of all, good to hear from you. Been wondering if you were still in this area. Secondly, good luck with your procedure. I know my procedure wasn't a major one but my plan was to hit the rehab hard and enjoy some time off on the backend of my leave. So far so good with my plan. If you want to get out for a bit, let me know!! Keep us posted with your shoulder,Pat.
I trust/hope/pray that YOU "...I'm hooked on the Devils Cut by Jim Beam. Smooth stuff...." are taking your medicine...
BEST regards... Let's RIDE...
Quit taking the Percocet on Wed last week, 2 days after the surgery. Just made me tired, but I do still have about 30 tabs left just in case LOL!!
Follow up went well, they want me to do some therapy so I had 1st meeting/session today. Basically we are gonna concentrate on getting the leg/knee to go back to the "straight" position. They want the knee to be able to bend to 150* and right now I'm able to go to 142*. 2 sessions next week, Wed and Fr. I'm ready to do some riding if this rain will let up. Thinking about riding to Webster this Sunday just to get out for a while before the storms roll in, interested?? Devils Cut is some good stuff!!!!

Yup... I am aware of the Webster ride... That is a very short jaunt for me... Not sure what the attraction is other than the flea market and a nice/rural area... I guess there is a good local eatery and it is nice country... We'll see...

Hey Pat glad to hear the surgery went well. Good you got it taken care of, I have a tendency of ignoring my problems and they just seem to get worse with age.
Yea this rain sucks, getting pretty tired of it. Let me know if you guys are going to the flea market, that is in my back yard, will try to make it over.

Different Webster Steve!!. This one is around Dade City, not the one near Ocala LOL!!! But Scott and I would like to ride up your way when possible and meet for lunch/ say hello. Like to see the bike when she's all back together.Let us know if you have any time free and we'll head north,Pat.
