Default Love Bugs
Got in this morning from a breakfast ride with Harvey, did not run into any of those critters on the ride but did see a few around the house when I got in.
Won't be long now.

Just heard from BigDawg they are swarming at YeeHaw Junction. That is normally the first, last and worst area. It is time for the Fall Flight.

I rode back from Orlando yesterday in the heat of the afternoon, down 441 to Okee and around the E. side of the lake. Wound up with maybe 20 or so splats on the shield. Not near as bad as I expected.

Rode about 240 miles today and hit a few around Zephyrhills. Cleaned about 20 off the bike. Ughhh. Hate love bugs, rain and summer heat. Come on fall.

Are those those two flys that seem to fly on the back of each other?
Went to Orlando one year and those things were everywhere.

Probably the same, but it's more like they're attached ***-end to ***-end.
They show up twice a year in May/June and again in late Aug to early Oct.

Wow. CHarley....I didn't notice the whole *** to *** thing. Lol wow.

Locals said what you said that they would be gone in a few weeks.
Unfortunately we were only in florida for 1 week and these buggies were everywhere I went for my week in town.
