Just don't acknowledge them unless they wave first. Then just kind of growl at them.

If this is a serious question it means you've never been to a bike run. No one waves at these things. There are just too many bikers and it really isn't safe. Believe me; you will have more important things to keep your attention then waving. Should be lots of scantily clad babes for instance.

Ladies and Gentlemen, it is very sad that y'all think so lowley of me to believe that this is a real question. I mean, do you really think I would rig up a brace to wave to everyone? That really hurts man, really hurts.
