With out being there, and with out any more information it is only speculation. However with all the crazy people coming into Churches, schools and other places, it is safe to assume that if someone pulled a gun to rob a BK, you can also assume he intended to shoot someone, therefore the Hero with the CCW did what I hope any one with a CCW would do.

It wasn’t about the $200.00.........

stupid.
If a guy is within 10 feet of you robbing a store with a gun, your life is being threatened. I would argue self protection. I guess though he was supposed to let it slide just like so many other things we let slide in today's society.

pulling a gun on a robber is unconsititutional. good grief does anyone remember reading this stuff in 4th grade?

Sorry, I guess that the customer should have respected the robber's constitutional right to rob the place. How about the customer's rights who you labeled as a vigilante. He has a right to life and a right to bear arms. But, hey, let's feel sorry for the poor dead robber. I guess the next thing you are going to tell me is that society is to blame for him robbing the place.

This is interesting thread.
I did not know that many Harley riders are such pussies!
It is so simple.
He pulls his gun, I kill him.
How could you not?
How could you look at the victims family without?
I think some here should turn in thier permits.
Go grab a tree and give it a hug.
Maybe do your daily math on your carbon footprint.
If I am standing in line, I will protect you.
I can only hope for the same.

If more people would act, less people would feel so secure in their life of crime. I'm not going to judge the guy that lived, I wasn't there. I'm just sayin........

I'd have not gotten involved unless he started spraying rounds at people. Stay quiet and let him take the money and leave. If he becomes a grave threat to people then I'd take him on.

I wasn't there so not going to judge the guy cuz I don't know all the details. Glad the crook is dead that's what he deserves.

the right to keep and bear arms is not the right to be judge and jury. it never was, it never will be. the robber is a dirtbag, but he is a dirtbag with a right to due process. its the american way. it says so right there in the constitution.

the customers rights were to protect himself and his property. he wasn't on/in his property and there is no proof that he was being threatened by the thief.

its not the job of citizenry to deal out justice. 99.999% of people don't even know what justice is for fcks sake.

If I had been there it would have been two gg's against one bg. end of story. If my family had been there I would have shot the bg as soon as I saw the weapon come out. Taking no action sometimes gets everyone killed. Hope the guy gets a medal.
