Default Correct Mounting/Dismounting

Was wondering which side of the bike is the correct side to mount/dismount from. They taught in MSF course that it was from the left side, with both hands on handlebar and applying front brake while getting on and off.

Horses are always mounted/dismounted from the left.

The bikes already leaning that way.

As long as the bike don't fall over or the horse run off it don't matter.. I mount from the right.. but i probably am in the 1% that does ..because I can..

Default one two

I lower the left side passenger foot rest, grab both handle bar grips, squeeze the front brake, step on the passenger foot rest with my left foot from the left side, and pick up my right leg over the passenger seat/back rest, and place my right foot onto the right floor board and sit down. Now this would not work if I had a passenger, but since my OL won't even sit on my Ultra, it works for me and keeps me from looking as old as I am or scratching something.
