the use of any helmet less than a 1/2 helmet. In other words, 'beanies' are a no-no. So..my question is this. If I don't live in BC and don't own anything but a 'beanie', am I allowed to enter BC on my scoot...or do I have to purchase a "BC-approved" helmet? If I do have to purchase a helmet that meets their new laws, then I will definitely spite them by buying my helmet NOT in BC. So put that in your pipe and smoke it, BC Gov't!!

BTW, I use a FF helmet, but thought I would post this for those who wear the 'beanie'.

NSC, it ain't just you Canucks that have to put up that BS...they introduce nanny laws here in the States on quite a regular basis...like the dumbasses in DC know what's best for anyone...seen how they're running our country lately?

Iam glad Mn is only a 18 and under state when it comes to helmets....Try getting into Canada if you've had a DUI.......

I've still got several "states" to visit before I even get to Canada. Hell, I may NEVER get there.

I must be missing something, did BC pass a stricter helmet law? Is a DOT approved helmet not good enough in BC anymore?

I flew into canada once about 10 years ago. They stopped me and my buddy at the airport and would not let me enter due to my buddies 25 year old misdemeanor conviction. F0ck those worthless besterds.

Most Canadians I have met seem to be cool. However, their government, like ours, can go FU@K themselves.
