Default 21" front wheel on Road King?

I have a 2007 CVO Road King.
I want to change to a 21" spoked front rim.

I hope to hear from someone that has done this. I'm heading out to the shop that will do the work and talk to them. Performance Racing in Phoenix. I'm sure they can answer these questions, but I like to do some research before making the final decision.
I just want some insider info so I know what to anticipate.

So this will raise the front. Do you recommend changing the tree to maintain the stock height? Which is what I want.

Can I keep the stock nacelle without pointing at the sky? Which is what I want.

I'll probably need a new fender, but any other parts needed? Brake caliper line up?

I did this 2 months ago. You will need to drop the front 1.5" to make the bike level since the 21" will raise the front end a bit. Stock fender and brakes bolt right up without any mods. Here are some pics

Thanks. I went from the factory 16 spoke wheel to an 18" Airstrike to this 21" fat spoke. I liked the 18", but it still looked factory to me, so I went with the 21.

Looks great. Thanks !!
That's what I'm thinking. Glad to hear little else is needed. Now just to pick a spoked wheel....

MOST bikes, a 21 will bolt right up. None of the 14 and newer bikes will. Don't just assume its a bolt on. My 2013 had clearance issues. The most common mod when bolting a 21 on a touring bike is to drill the rear mounting holes out with a 3/8 drill bit, raise up the rear of the fender and retighten the bolts. Ride it a day, and retighten the bolts for safety. Many people can bolt on and go. Others burn the paint on there fenders. Especially when the 21 is brand spankin' new, and at its largest diameter, or if the tire runs low on air and expands. Ask me how I know this.

I'm running the stock 16 again................. now.

Also, you do not need to change the trees. Any number of simple drop in fork lowering kits like Progressives $99 kit will enable you to lower the front end 1-2 inches to level the bike. In my case, I chose 1 1/4 drop. Lost of people don't even do that, and just ride them.
