Not to get off topic, but have you ever had your bike dyno'd with the combination you are running now? If not and you ever get around Fredericksburg with it i'd be more than happy to make a free HP run for you on my dyno. I'd like to have that run so I can compare the curves with some other cams I have for SE bikes.

I do the same thing. Install cams, run it for a 50 miles or so and change oil BEFORE I send them off for a dyno.

Probably important to note that you should have a good starting MAP.
