The hardest part is removing and re-installing the individual wires from the Deutch connectors for the tail, brake and turn signal lights. The harness goes across the top of the inner fender and is attached with sticky tape. Also when installing the new painted set use a good quality masking tape over everywhere where you could possibly scratch the new paint, then peel it off when the set is installed.

I have taken mine all the way down to the frame and its not hard. Be sure to take pictures and label bags w/parts and it should go back together with a breeze. I think you can have one striped all the way down in about 2hrs. Allow more time to go back together though!!!
