They look bright but do they throw any usable light down the road ?? Does not look like they do. If anyone has them how about a shot from the saddle with the main beam covered ??
thats what i wanted to know is if they produced any useable light. they actually have different colors, red, blue, green, amber, and white. saw some pics where they were used as turn signals. i wish they had some like the custom dynamics where they are white but flash amber for the signals. yeah guys i feel the same pain in the wallet ya'll do. it never ends!
I do love the lights and how they are built into the bar. They seem to take the spot of my highway pegs. i need them pegs.
None the less, they are very cool.
I've gone down and the crash bar saved my leg and most of my bike. id have to know also that this bar is the same strength as the stock HD crash bar.
if you go down and go for a slide your going to need a crash bar that wont bend or break.

Looks to me like you drill and tap your existing crash bar and mount the lights flush. They look good to me. I'll be adding these to my Santa List. https://www.ciriususa.com/
how about if you have hwy pegs? also how does the wiring get there?
kroozeabout.
I have seen lights like these mounted on engine guards and wired through holes drilled in the guard. Very clean setup. I have new black Lindby guards going on so I will remain happy with my Truck Lites.
Was responding from my HDF email notification and did not see the 2 responses above. I'm so sorry.....

Reason: Dolt
Ok I'll be the one to say it.....the lights are cool no doubt but I don't understand why you take off perfectly good lights that do a good job for aesthetic reasons only to go and spend $200 to get your night vision back. I'm not bashing at all, it's your bike and your money. Just don't see the logic is all.
I'm just guessing here, but if the lights are screwed to the crash bar there wouldn't be any way to aim them vertically. If that is correct, I would think that the lights don't provide useful illumination of the roadway at night and are only useful to make the bike more visible to other motorists.
