I cant help you as far as the install. I had mine put in before delivery. But I am glad I got the siren and the pager. It just gives me a little better feeling having it. Not that it cant be stolen but where I park at work there is a high school right across the street and the pager will tell me if some kids are out there screwing around.
I installed the Aritronix paging system. Do-it-yourself means no labor charges and fast repairs when sensors wear out. Can't say how much I enjoy not needing a view of my bike when I'm wetting my whistle after range confirmation. You'll like the paging systems!
I installed the Airtonix Thunder page system. I picked it up on Ebay (look for rpg-650 upgrade kit)for $36 and it is plug and play. It took about 20 min to get it in start to finish. The pager works good and the siren is plenty loud enough. It chirps when I arm/unarm it w/ the key fob.
