Question aboout changing fork oil.

A small point, but the oil does a bit more than lubricate the springs, it also lubricates the sliding bushings on the end of each tube and top of each slider, which are rather more important!
The oil will get dirty over time, but the advice from Progressive seems reasonable. I have no idea how long the bushings or seals last (never had a problem on any of my Harleys), but when it is time to change one or more of them, fresh oil would be a good idea.

Also my service manual states a 50k oil service interval.
