Default Problem with V&H Monster Ovals

Almost a year ago I put a V &H exhaust on Jezabel. She is a 2010 Ultra with basically stock 96" engine at the time. I love the look and sound of the power dual head pipe and monster ovals. However I have one small annoying problem with the tip of the left hand side slip on working out. The two screws that hold it in are tight to the point I think I am going to strip them and they are tight even after it slips out. I can easily tap it back in with the heel of my boot but this is now getting old and I'm ready solve the problem. Anyone had this issue or know of a quick fix? I'm thinking about taking a small strip of that aluminum tape and putting a wrap on to get a more snug fit but wanted to know whom else may have solved this issue already.

Little things like that aggravate me too. First I would weigh what I dislike the least, the tip moved out or a stainless screw head showing. I would prefer matching SS screws on both exhaust tips. Drilled equality in both, maybe a torex or philips head. And you don't have to worry about losing it one day. :-)

Mine did that also but not to the extent in picture. About two years ago I put some silicone around mine wiped off excess and haven't had a problem with it since. P.S. I run my ovals with slant up to match lines of bags.
