Any other bars out there like the Yaffe 12 monkey bars ? Been doing alot of research on this as Yaffe bars seem to be hard to get ?? Every where says back ordered ... I like the look and feel of the Yaffe as my buddy had them on his 12 glide .. I want something like them.. also there seems to be alot of mixed opinions on whether the brake/clutch lines need to be replaced when going with 12 in bars ... Alot say they dont ?? Any firm answers on this ?

with my 10"s I lengthened my brake/clutch lines cause I read mixed reviews also. My installer said everything worked out just right. I would think with 12's you will have to lengtehen both lines

You can go up to 16" on the 2015-15 touring bikes with the stock brake and clutch lines. The only thing that needs extended is the wiring. I installed the Yaffe 12's and had plenty of room to spare. You're right on the older bikes though, anything over 10" will require cables. I put 10" wide apes on my 06 with stock cables but there was absolutely no more wiggle room.
I added 16s to my 2014 RK and had to extend the clutch and brake.
I think Yaffe bars run on the short side which may be why a forum member was able to install the 16's on his 2014 SG without cables. I know that my Yaffe 12's are about 2 inches shorter than a set of 13" ape hangers I installed on another bike.

10-4 makes sense , the Yaffe bars aren't as wide either I don't think my bars are 40" wide.
