Default Motor cycle shows

What has happened to all the great motorcycle shows? American thunder last night was great. Used to watch OCC till they got silly and started tearing things ,throwing couch thru window and running golf cart into motorcycle trailers. One good show was Jesse James & Indian Larry riding to S.D..

Totally with you on this Snoopy
The shows appear to be getting less and less, I was not much of an OCC viewer, not into the theme bikes, besides they sold out to Corp America, you see there stuff all over (Wal-mart etc)
I myself miss the Biker Buildoff's that was actually interesting, American Thunder isgood and also what happened to the show Russel from Exile was doing having people come in and attempt to build bikes, if they finishedin the time allotted they actually got to keep the bike
To top things off I have noticed that there is a motorcycle build off now on ESPN2 put out by the Metric-Revelution (note name metric) they are doing cruisers, and sports bikes

The chopper fad in general has faded. American Thunder and Corbin's Ride On are still interesting. Without the stigma commonly associated with "Bikers", more shows about riding in general, touring/long distance/campout realities would never sell to John Q. Public. Memories are more valuable than TV shows, though. Get out and ride.

Yeah, they said the same to Mr. Davidson 100 years ago.

I saw a great show a few weeks back of Jesse James and some rap music white guy riding all over Mexico. It was really interesting and would make a good premise for a show about "motorcycle enthusiasts" going to different places. It was pretty cool when James starts talking about it being over with that tat farm Janine.

The white rap guy was Kid Rock and your right it was a good show. We could use more of them.

Motorcycle Mania 3 was James and Kid Rock riding in Mexico. Cool show and is available on DVD as are all of the Motorcycle Mania;s.

The one where Jesse James rides to Sturgis w/ Indian Larry (and Chopper Dave) was Motorcycle Mania 2.

The show Russel Mitchell was doing on Speed was called Build or Bust. I got Speed last year specifically for that show and have yet to see it. Another show I have been enjoying on Speed is Epic Ride. It's basically a show where a group of around 6 riders are thrown together and get put on new bikes and outfitted in the latest gear, then they head out on a destination ride. Last show I saw was a group of people (Motocross racer Rick Johnson was one of them) head out to Barrago Springs in CA to do some desert riding on brand new KTM dual sports.

The best shows were the initial ones where Jessie was showing use how to hammer out the tanks and fenders.... The worst were of the OCC soap operas.....
