Like mkguitar said. They are serious about that little cardboard shim being used. A real pain to change out that switch. You can get one off ebay for about $20.

exactly what we did at the shop. the little rubber piece wasnt sitting right to get in contact with the metal piece of the brake lever so stuck a piece of metal in there to make it flush and good as new, just keeping an eye on it now.
