Looking to give momma a little more room in the rear. My tourpak is already in the last mounting hole. Trying to figure out how much further back could I safely move the tourpak without risking ride ability.
Go to this place <Ultimate Rider Backrests for Harley- DavidsonŽ Stock Seats>
I made one just like it myself for about half the price but I'm a tool/die maker with access to milling machines.
This is the easiest and it still supports the tour pak all the way just like the tour pak is mounted from the factory.

With this plate you cannot even see it unless you lay on the ground and look up plus your wiring will reach this far without any extensions, it takes only about 20minutes to install.
Just take out bolts from the tourpak and tilt up on the tourpak towards the seat then slide the plate under and rebolt the tourpak through the new plate easy peasy.
It moves momma back 2" making momma happy.
I've moved mine back 2 inches, it may affect hadling if… your tour pack is loaded with a large bag on top of the rack and momma on back going uphill, but in a good way u can wheelie all the way up the hill. not a huge problem just be aware.

stuffing put it in and wa la perfect. Got it on line but cant remimber were for $99.
Kuryakyn 8973 Quick Adjust Tour-Pak Relocator, adjust back up to 3" or forward 1"
plenty of room for momma on the back now, even with riders backrest installed.
