I had the same issue onmy 05 deuce, thefirst one went at 8000 miles and the next one let go 1000 miles later. So after the second POS i replaced it with a piece of -6 braided stainless steel hose, the same stuff they use on race cars, it was a little pain in the a** to get in their but then again, so is repacing the line all the time.

fuel line inside the tank? i know about the ones on the outside (1 or 2 to the injectors/depends on year) and the cross over line but was unaware of internal line...fuel pump?
