Around 80 single, 100 two up. Set when riding slowly on smooth road. Will add while riding if bumpy and get some bottoming.

#1 good looking bike
#2 I think everybody Worries to much about numbers here. I've had diy air on three bikes. None had gauges. I would hop on and count to 10 on my road kings( which had bigger compressors) and 15 on my streetglide(smaller comp.) Add 5 count to each with a passenger. If it felt spongy over expansion joints or dips I'd add a count or two. I'm about 200 lbs if that helps you at all.

I start out around 65-70 psi but i end up adjustin it goin down the road until i get the right feel. I noticed the gauge may say 65psi with me off of it but as soon as i sit on it, it will jump up to 80psi. Go with the feel not so much the gauge.

Get the right feel down, and then make note of the pressure you like.

I don't run a gauge. Air it up still it feels right and off I go. I keep it aired near max lift (shock bolt hits exhaust) cause I don't wanna drag a bag.

when i ran it i would air up till the shocks got fully extended and stop, then tap the switch 3-4 times to release some pressure for solo,, only let out 2 if 2 up and that is me being 225ish and if 2 up total weight was around 350 (not gonna post my girl's weight online like an azzhole) lmao

i had a gauge that i planned to run but never did because the number really didnt matter
