Yes indeed. And the world managed to survive without torque specs for air cleaner hardware.

It still in is my garage.
5/16 fine thread nuts-any hardware store,or Menards or Home Depot, would have them-I've got probably about 60 of them in my bolt and nut bins right now.

yes, add running torque to torque spec to get the torque wrench reading.
