Just not my day. First my new in the box Premium Ride H-D Shocks are 2 different lengths (12"&13") Went on to installing Fuel Moto head pipe and it is hard against the cam cover and I see no way to adjust it so it doesn't touch. There should be a little space correct? Yes I will take a little cheese with my wine.

hard against the cam cover? You probably don't have it lined up correct or something. Is it underneath the bracket there under the cam chest? I have the Fuel Moto Jackpot header and have no issues. I know hundreds here that have it too.
It doesn't look like the headpipe is seated in the heads correctly. What gaskets are you using? Are you certain you got the old ones out? Fuelmoto pipes are very close on tolerances when installing. If you are certain your gaskets are properly seated, loosen the head bolts and give it a good wiggle. It will snap right in.
That sucks, Stuff always happens on the weekend when you cant talk to anyone,
What I would do is pull them back off and take off the flanges that you put the studs thru so i could see how far they are settling into the gaskets.
It looks to me like the rear one is not goinbg in. its causing the pipe to be pulled back towards the cover.
