Out ridin' Sun. started to loose power, saw the fuel pump light was on. Made it about another mile and she quit. Guess the fuel pump went out. Was lucky one of the guys ridin with us had a trailer at home, went and got it and we dropped the bike off at dealers. Just sucks being stuck on side of road for 3.5 hours on new bike. Keep ya posted on what they find wrong.

Had the same thing happen to me three weeks ago. I thought it was the injector system when I saw the light come on. I limped into the Harley shop on a day the parts counter was open but not the service department. After them writing me for a service the next day,I beganreplacing a few parts to try not to have to stay overnight. Replaced the BATTERY, and that corrected the problem and I was on the road...
