The sensor screws into the back of the front cylinder. Look at the horn. See that black connector with a black boot covering it? That is the sensor.

I might buy it and see. Cheap fix - even for a HD....

I saw that. What is on the other end...is it under the tank?

When something goes wrong the place to start is usually the last thing you did. Most of the time when there are throttle issues after a bar change there is a short or loose connection due to pulling the wires. Many times the twist grip sensor is damaged when pulling. Shorts can cause all kinds of crazy codes to be thrown and send you down a rabbit hole replacing parts. Good luck.
