I'm having a little problem with start ups, doesn't matter if the engine is cold or warm, I let the pump finish its cycle and engine light go out before I hit the start button then when I go to start it sometimes it won't start and a couple of times it backfired through the air cleaner and yesterday back fired through the exhaust. It doesn't happen all the time but its starting to happen more more.

Anybody have any ideal what it could be or anybody had the same problem?

 

Probably your compensator. I have a 09 and mine was backfiring all the time. If I kept my finger on the start button it would pull through but if I let off to soon not so much.
